Here are some instructions to get the most out of the Dyslexic Browser

Text To Speech!

 To activate text to speech all you need to do is select whatever text you want read, and right click. In the menu you will see our logo with "Read Selected" next to it. Once you press this button your computer will begain reading what you selected!!
 To change the voice settings go to the drop down menu, and go to the Reader section. Here you will be able to change the pitch, speed, voice, volume, and highlighting colors (for select voices). You can also toggle the pause button on and off as well as test out the current voice before commiting to it.

Font Manipulation!

 To toggle the font, all you have to do is press the F key when you are not in typing mode. If it does not work, you can click on the site you want to change, and hit F again. If it does not work still, you may want to toggle the default font switch on and reload the page. Some pages do block font changing. If you run into this type of site, please report it here (there is a link under "General" aswell) and we will get to fixing it right away!!
 To change and customize your font settings, go to the "Font" section in the menu. Using the toggle switch at the top you are able to set the font settings to either load automatically when a site is loaded, or wait until you press F to turn on. You are able to choose from any open dyslexic variation as well as any fonts you have installed in your system. To change it, click on the "Type" input, and select whatever font you want to use. It will automatically change the entire menu to the selected font. You can change the font size, font color, word spacing, line spacing, and letter spacing the same way.
 To select which types of font manipulations you want active you can turn each on and off by checking or unchecking the checkboxes next to each feature. This allows you to get the exact font you need to make reading a breeze!

Overlays!

To toggle the overlays you can press the "O" key when you are not in typing mode. Simular to the font hot key, if it does not work after the mentioned fix, please report it!
 To customize the overlays, go to the "Overlays" tab in the menu. From here youre able to toggle the overlays to always load when a new page is created, or only when you hit the hot key ("O"). You can change the overlay color and the opacity of the overlay (how see through it is). As with all features, if you think of something that you think would make this feature better, don't be afraid to reachout!!

Ruler!

To toggle the ruler feature you can press the "R" key when not in typing mode. As always if something is not working, let us know!!
  In the "Ruler" tab in the menu, you can customize the ruler to make it just right. You can change the offset which changes how close to the mouse it will sit when reading, its color, its height or thickness, and its opacity or how see through it is. Below all the entries, you can test out the current settings by hovering your mouse over the "Preview" box. It will show the ruler how it will look when its activated.
